TODAY'S STUDENTS need more Education and Training than ever. We want students to be successful in school,
graduate and get higher education training after high school to be successful in life and contribute to the good and success
of their communities. Studies show that employers want workers with more than a high school education.
Studies show student success and good grades are based on:

50% on the effort and study skills of students and the involvement of the parents – students are successful in

Students sometimes get good teachers or get fired-up by some teachers but loose interest with other teachers.
Here’s the problem: Not all students get inspiring teachers; If they get good teachers, not all students get fired up;
If students do get fired up, some loose that zest with some of the next teachers they get later.
Conclusion – We can’t always count on being taught well, motivated and helped by the teachers we get.
Part of the answer is to put more study and success tools in the hands of the students and parents (or those who care
for and supervise teens and college students). With success tools, students have a better chance of succeeding. When
we learn how to handle a situation well and we have the correct tools to do it, we increase our chances for success.
