*If Middle School Students get a Complete Package with a 4+ year subscription, it lasts all years in Middle School
and all years of High School. Students only need to buy the SLS High School Student Book to continue the subscription
for all of High School and get access to all the web sites, internet apps and tools, articles, audio and video clips

2) Fill out the forms with all the Information we request - Make sure we have an e-mail address and phone number of a
Person we can contact if we have any questions or discuss your order
3) Mail or Send the forms and the Payment to the address given - 1 check or money order per order please
4) If you are a group of individuals, couples, parents pooling together to order SLS Study Packages, figure out the
per Package cost for each of you to pay by dividing the total cost by the number of orders you bought.
